Inspection & Damages
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Any defects, damages, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery — no exceptions.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at lightandlogoneon@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it — unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at lightandlogoneon@gmail.com.

Failed Delivery Due to Unreachable Customer
If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable or failing to provide a valid phone number/email:

No refunds or replacements will be issued unless the customer provides updated contact information within 7 days of the failed attempt.
