International Shipping: We ship our products worldwide! Please note that delivery times for international shipments can vary significantly. This is largely due to differences in customs clearance processes in individual countries, which can affect how quickly your package is inspected and released.
Origin of Shipments: Our merchandise ships from various locations globally, including the United States, Europe, China, and Australia. The origin of your specific item will depend on the product and your location.
Estimated Delivery Time: On average, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-21 business days. However, this timeframe is highly dependent on your country's customs and import procedures.

Is Shipping Included in the Prices? Yes, standard shipping is included for orders to the USA, EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. This means you get free standard shipping on all orders to these regions!
How Do I Change My Delivery Address? If you need to change your delivery address, please contact Customer Service immediately at lightandlogoneon@gmail.com as soon as you realize a change is needed. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or change the address.
How Do I Cancel An Order? If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the manufacturing process for your custom neon sign or product has begun, we may be unable to cancel your order. We'll do our best to assist you based on the order's current status.
How Can I Track My Order? Once your order ships, we'll send you an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow a few business days for the tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.
What If My Order Is Delayed? While we strive for timely deliveries, delays can occasionally occur due to factors like customs processing, adverse weather, or carrier issues. If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please first check your tracking information for updates. Will I Have to Pay Customs Duties or Import Taxes? For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be levied by your country's customs authorities. What If My Package Arrives Damaged or Is Lost? In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage to both the package and the product, and contact our Customer Service team at lightandlogoneon@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. If your package appears to be lost, please contact us after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
